Enable PC Safeguard on the guest account and they'll can log in and use the PC as normal – but when they log off , any settings they've changed are made undone, files they've created are deleted and your PC is returned to its original state.

Restrict other users
If Safeguard isn't sufficient, setup AppLocker. Enable you even more control, as it enable others to only the programs you define. It's able to automatically create rules for your installed programs, and other rules can be added in seconds.
